Program Operation
I served all internal and external constituencies of the Martin School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Kentucky between 2019 and 2024. This includes the Board of Visitors, alumni, official guests, students, staff, faculty, and agencies inside and outside of U.K. I took up tasks as wide ranging as: travel, immigration, facilities design, web and social media, emergency response, faculty advancement, hiring, development and philanthropy, procurement, etc. In two years I completed a campaign to reorganize and expand staffing across the unit including raising the operations manager’s title, grade, and responsibilities twice, and doubling the staff size.
